An Important Message to Our Customers & Conference Participants

We recently discovered that some of our users have missed e-mail notifications regarding their conferences. After researching the problem, we found that many of these e-mails either ended up in spam, or were rejected by company e-mail servers. To prevent this from occurring again, we recommend that you perform one of the following functions:

1. Add this e-mail ( to your e-mail contacts/safe sender list; or
2. Ask your System Administrator to unblock the e-mails from

We also recommend that you add our email address to your mail clients in one of the following ways:

From Outlook:
From your InBox, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the New tab, and select Contact. Type All Conferencing in the Full Name box, and then type in the Email Box. Click Save and Close.

From Yahoo
From your InBox, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Addresses tab and select Add Contact. Type All Conferencing in the Nickname box, and then type in the Email box. Click Save.

From Gmail
From your InBox, click on the Contacts link to the left of your emails, and click on the Create Contact icon on the upper left of the resulting page. Type All Conferencing in the Name box, and in the Primary Email box. Click Save.

From Hotmail
From your InBox, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the New tab, and select Contact. Type AllConferencing (no spaces) in the Quickname box and then in the Personal email box (under the Online Addresses section).

A Letter From One of Our Customers

While we are constantly striving to be ahead of the curve, our reliable Conferencing Services continues to be the backbone of our business. To illustrate this point, we would like to share with you a call we received from one of our customers.

Two months ago, while working on a project, we arranged a conference call with 10 people. Five minutes into the call we started hearing this weird static-like noise that got louder and louder as our call continued. If that wasn't bad enough, we then lost three people from the call - they just dropped off, for no reason - and so were forced to end the call and reschedule it for another time.
