A Letter From One of Our Customers
While we are constantly striving to be ahead of the curve, our reliable Conferencing Services continues to be the backbone of our business. To illustrate this point, we would like to share with you a call we received from one of our customers.
Two months ago, while working on a project, we arranged a conference call with 10 people. Five minutes into the call we started hearing this weird static-like noise that got louder and louder as our call continued. If that wasn't bad enough, we then lost three people from the call - they just dropped off, for no reason - and so were forced to end the call and reschedule it for another time.
After getting assurances from our conference provider that this wouldn't happen again, we scheduled another call.... and sure enough, it happened again! We ended up losing an account that had been generating $260,000 a year!
Although we learned our lesson too late for that particular business relationship, I just wanted to tell you how thrilled we are with our decision to switch to All Conferencing. Your audio quality is fantastic, and we have not had a dropped call since switching to your company. Thank you for providing us such great service!
Finally: A Message About Web Conferencing
The addition of Web Conferencing to our stable of conferencing services is part of our mission to continually move forward and offer the best conferencing tools available. Here are just a few of the ways your business can use Web Conferencing and other collaboration tools:
Sales and marketing. Increase productivity and reduce travel costs by delivering powerful presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective customers right from your office. With Web Conferencing, it is as if all participants are meeting in the same room!
Training human resources. Get new hires up to speed right away. Conduct training seminars, job interviews, and interdepartmental reviews in Audio, Web, or Videoconference.
Investor relations. Eliminate travel to reach shareholders, financial analysts, and the media. Audio, Web, and/or Video Conferencing allows you to conduct annual meetings, schedule press conferences, or make adviser calls. For larger groups you can also use our Event Conference operators to coordinate and support all aspects of your conference.
You worry about your business – AllConferencing will worry about your technology. If you have questions about Web Conferencing, or about any of our other conferencing services, feel free to e-mail us at Support@AllConferencing.com, or call us toll-free at 866-892-3747.
