You simply enter a few key pieces of information to set up an invitation for a ready conference.
You are provided with an option to add a personal reminder message for meeting participants.
When participants are notified by email about the conference, they are given the conference dial-in and access code information.
Participants are automatically called on their cell phone or land line and sent an SMS text message as a reminder to join the meeting just minutes in advance of the conference.
In the reminder message, participants will receive a security code that will allow them to access further conference information on the All Conferencing site, if needed.
