If you have a large conference of over 100 people, our Event Conference team can coordinate and support your conference, pre- and post-call. This includes confirmation services, security lists, billing code capture, recording, translation, and transcription. Our professional staff is specifically trained for major communication events, leaving you free to focus on your business.

We also offer Operator Attended calls for times when you’re short on resources and need someone else to organize your call, regardless of participant size.   Priority polling – A priority indicator may be assigned to pre-identified individuals or companies. Priority status allows a caller to automatically move to the top of the queue when they register their question.
